2. Service Warranty

• We offer a limited warranty for the parts and labor provided during service. The warranty does not cover additional issues unrelated to the initial repair or arising after our technician’s visit.
• Warranty details will be provided for specific parts replaced, as applicable.

3. Payment Terms

• All payments for services are due upon completion of the service. We accept various modes of payment, which will be discussed at the time of booking.
• Any additional charges for parts or materials will be communicated before service completion.

4. Liability

• Swastika Service Hub is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, property damage or personal injury caused by misuse of the RO unit.
• We do not guarantee complete restoration of equipment if underlying damage or unrepairable issues exist. Our team will communicate this during the service assessment.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
• If our technician is unable to complete the service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., lack of necessary parts), we will arrange a follow-up appointment at a mutually convenient time.
